Typically it usually takes anywhere from 2 to 10 weeks to build a website from start to finish.

It is all dependent on us having all the information from you.

Generally speaking, the website will only take a long time if we are still waiting for text and images from yourself.

Before we begin working together, we’ll usually have an initial chat on the phone or via Zoom/Skype to discuss the project.

Once we get started, most of the communication will take place over email.

This makes the process a lot easier as we will have all the information saved and can come back to it later.

Once we’ve finished the project, we will book in your website training session.

Fixed Price – A 50% payment with order and a 50% payment when you are happy for the website to go “Live” OR 3 months after the order signing if the site hasn’t gone live because we are waiting for something from you.

Pay-Monthly – An initial deposit then monthly payments (amount depends on type of website)

Fast, Secure Hosting is included with all our websites(Fixed price websites require renewal each year after the first 12 months, Pay monthly websites the cost is included in the monthly fee) we also provide free technical support so you don’t have to worry. 

Yes, a comprehensive CMS (Content Management System) login is included with your website.

Yes of course, cost would be based on the amount of work that you need us to do. You only pay when you want something doing.

Simply mention this during the build, we are happy to add this for you. 

The amount of pages will add for you is settled at the quote stage once we have spoken with you. However, if you want more (or less) pages during the build, let us know.

Once the site is live, you have the option of asking us to add pages (there may be a cost) or you can add pages yourself.

No one knows your business as well as you do, however, we do offer a content writing service where we can get a professional to work with you.

No problem, if you prefer it, we can use all the content and images from your old site, or we can start from scratch.

Once the new website is ready to go live, we simply need a login to the domain name, or we can supply the settings to you if you prefer to change them.

Yes. Your website will be fully responsive and will look great on all devices.

We don’t charge extra for this. It comes as standard.

There is no quick answer to this, a website is a business marketing tool and as such your website will continue to require promoting.

We have had clients get to page one of Google very quickly and others never reach page one. Thins we recommend you do are:

Add your website URL to as many of the free and paid for directories on the internet.

Add your website URL to your vans/cars & business cards.

Tell as many people about your website as possible.

Alternatively buy an SEO package, these are usually a 12-month subscription and SEO professionals will promote your site for you.

If you don’t have a domain name we will purchase a “.co.uk” domain for you and include it free of charge (renewal will become your responsibility after the initial 12 months).

The domain name will remain yours even if you leave us in the future. 

Absolutely, however, if you are not in the UK or are more than 50 miles from Beverley, East Yorkshire there may be a cost.

We value you as a client, but if you want to move, you can. 

Once your website is fully paid for, you can move your site to another designer or to your own WordPress hosting if you wish.

There is a one-off charge of £200 to package your website, and we include a report showing any 3rd party licences you may need to purchase.

You would of course lose our first class support and our fast, secure hosting.

Note: Some other wed design companies will not let you move your site off their servers.
